Book an Appointment

Virtual Academic Advising: Academic Advising (Zoom) and all Quick Question appointments will take place over the computer. Students will be sent instructions to join the meeting on Zoom in the BookedIN confirmation email. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive this email. 

In-Person Academic Advising: In-Person Academic Advising appointments are only available for 30-minute timeslots.  Students will be sent location instructions in the BookedIN confirmation email. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive this email. 

Students who have booked an Academic Advising (In-Person) appointment have the option of switching the appointment to a Zoom appointment. This can be done by emailing fnsinfo@uwo.ca prior to your appointment time. Quick Question & Academic Advising (Zoom) appointments cannot be changed to in-person. 

To schedule an appointment with an undergraduate academic advisor in the Brescia School of Food and Nutritional Sciences, please use the online booking system below. Please note that there are different types of appointments available depending on the individual needs of the student. Different types of appointments are also available at different times of the year (ie. Add/Drop etc.)

Once you have submitted your appointment request, it will be reviewed by a member of the Brescia School of Food and Nutritional Sciences academic services team. There are certain situations in which we may have to cancel your appointment. Any cancellation notice sent will include rationale for cancelling the appointment. Reasons for cancellation may include:

  • Questions that can be managed by email
  • Incorrect appointment type
  • You require assistance from another department/office on campus
