Health Professional Education


This field supports research in the broad area of health professional education and practice. Philosophically, the field is informed by an adult learning model, grounded in respect for experience, dialogue, reflection, collaboration, as well as a commitment to the development of a supportive learning community. The field encompasses investigations into a range of disciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary issues that are relevant to health and social care disciplines.
