Women's Flag Football Club
Description
What’s so special about the Women's Flag Football Club, and why should I join?
The Women's Flag Football Club is one of a kind because of the energetic, supportive, and competitive environment that the coaches and members have created. We are a big family that loves football and is committed to everyone's success. We are advocates for women in sport and football across the country and have developed one of the best Club programs in Canada.
We are a group of women who have either grown up playing football or have never played the game before. If you can demonstrate leadership, hard work, and a positive attitude, we would love to have you as part of our Club.
- General Members: open to all women-identifying students focused on skill development, learning the game, and intersquad competition.
- Training camp
- 2 practices per week
- Social events
- Inter-squad & local competition
- Fall/Winter or Full Year memberships available
- Competition and Travel: up to 50 General Members selected based on coachability, leadership, football experience, and athleticism for travel and competition. These members will have all the perks of being a General Member plus the following:
- 1 extra practice per week
- Travelling tournaments
- Additional travel fees
- Registration in the Club for the full year will be required (i.e., Full Year Membership, or Fall and Winter Memberships)
We are the reigning provincial champions, so why would you not want to be part of our Club?!

About the President
Hi, I’m Jordyn Hunter, a 3rd year Kinesiology Student with an Honors specialization in Clinical Kinesiology. I am going into my third year with the Women’s Flag Football Club. Last year I was the Events Coordinator for the Club, and I am so excited to take on this new role. I play on the defense side of the ball and my position changes from defensive edge to rusher depending on the format of football we are playing. Making the decision to play 澳门六合彩开奖预测 Women’s Flag Football and joining this family sincerely changed my life and I encourage you to check us out! You won’t regret it.
Past Events
The WWFFC is part of the Ontario Women’s Intercollegiate Football Association (OWIFA). We compete annually in OWIFA – partners with Football Ontario – and are the current 11v11 Provincial Champions and 5v5 Provincial Champions. In 5v5, we won the provincial championships awarding us a spot in a national tournament where we competed against teams from across Canada. The Club is not only a family on the field but also off the field. Each year we host team socials and a banquet where we celebrate and commemorate members of the team for their hard work and dedication.
