In 2023, the Provost and Vice-President (Academic) struck a Convocation Task Force to make recommendations to the Provost for an alternate Convocation venue with the aim of addressing accessibility needs, optimize the number of ceremonies and dates required, and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for graduates and their families and friends.
