Students and faculty members in the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders conduct research on a wide range of topics in areas such as normal and disordered speech production and perception, language disorders, swallowing, hearing by normally hearing and hearing impaired listeners, and the causes and treatment of hearing loss.
National Centre for Audiology
The provides an interdisciplinary environment within which to expand knowledge of hearing function, the needs of people with hearing impairment, and behavioural and technological methods to assist persons with hearing loss.
