Welcome to our Live Chat function.
Connect with us over Live Chat – it’s fast, easy, and efficient – we can chat about many things but not everything, and in those situations please use our help portal.
Live Chat is for quick questions, help with understanding a policy or procedure, and general inquiries to Science Academic Advising.
Live Chat is NOT for approval of missed course work, asking about help portal response time, requesting a booked appointment, or in-depth advising appointments.
Live Chat is for students currently enrolled in any Science/BMSc undergraduate module, OR those wanting to switch into our Faculty. If you are enrolled in another Faculty, please reach out to them for advice.
When Live Chat is available, a box will appear on the bottom right of the screen. Typically this will be 9:30 am-11:00 am (Monday - Friday) and 1:30-3:00 pm (Monday - Thursday). Peak times will change these hours. Please note there may be times when live chat is unavailable due to workload and previous team commitments. There will be no Live Chat Thursday afternoons in August.
