Winter Term Student Parking Permits

The Winter Term Student Parking Permits (Valid January 1 2025 to April 30 2025) will be available for sale online at 12:01AM on Friday November 15 2024.  These Permits, when available for sale, can be puchased at the . 

There are a limited number of these permits available, and once sold out, Students who were unable to purchase a Winter Term Student Parking Permit can add their name to the waitlist at the .

Service Interruption - Office Closure December 9 (8:30AM - 10:30AM)

The parking office we be closed for a meeting on December 9 from 8:30am to 10:30am.  If you require assistance during the scheduled closure, please email wparking@uwo.ca

Service Interruption - Alumni Thompson Visitor Parking Lot (North Section) and South Valley Reserved Spaces Relocation (North Section) Sept 23 2024 - Aug 31 2026.

The Alumni Thompson visitor parking lots northern section will be closed to support construction of the new engineering building.  The southern section of the Alumni Thompson visitor parking lot will remain open for visitor parking and payment for visitor parking can be made through Honkmobile.

The South Valley reserved parking spaces along the north section of the South Valley parking lot will be closed to support construction of the new engineering building.  Additional reserved spaces will be added to the south section of the South Valley parking lot.

Student Parking Permits

The Student Fall Term and Student Annual Term permits are sold out as of July 26, 2024. 
 
We are running a waitlist for student permits. To be added to the waitlist, please fill in the survey form at this link: . This will timestamp your spot on the waitlist.
 
The waitlist is quite long and movement within the waitlist would depend on how many permits are returned to our office. 
 
The Winter Term (January 1st to April 30th) student permit will be available for sale online on November 15 2024.
 
Alternative parking can be found at the various visitor parking options on campus. These range from $12 daily at their most cost effective, to $21 daily at their most expensive. This link will guide you to those visitor options: Visitor Parking.
