More August waterspouts - in QC and NS

The NTP has confirmed three late-August waterspouts in Quebec and Nova Scotia. On August 23, two waterspouts occurred over the Gulf of St. Lawrence - one near Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine, QC and the other near Inverness, NS. On August 25, a waterspout developed over Lake of Two Mountains near Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC. Confirmations are based on witness video and photos. None of the waterspouts moved ashore - therefore EF0-Default ratings were assigned and the Tornado (over water) classification was used.
