The Healthy Minds program is based on the . It has identified a number of factors that promote mental health and prevent psychological harm. This program was created to address the psychological and mental health of employees. The program provides access to education, resources as well as strategies for employers, leaders and employees for the implementation play role in the psychological health and safety of the workplace.
What is Psychological Health & Safety?
Psychological health affects our ability to think, feel and behave in a manner that enables us to perform effectively at work, in our personal lives and in society. By proactively engaging in understanding and tackling the 13 Factors outlined in the National Standard, employers can cultivate a workplace environment that promotes psychological well-being and safety for their employees.

- Supports and reinforces the implementation of programs dedicated to improving health and safety
